FAQ


1. Are our products genuine?
All our products are 100% genuine as we get them from authorised distributors in Singapore.

2. Why are our prices so much lower than retail?
There are a 2 reasons - 1) we purchase the products in bulk; 2) we get it directly from distributors, so there's no middleman involves. 

3. What is the difference between Testers and Original?
As we get the products directly from distributors, they have testers which are meant for the retailers to be used as samples.Testers and Original are similar/identical except that the testers are packaged in plain boxes, and sometimes does not come with a cap. It is recommended to purchase testers only for own use as it is cheaper.

4. Do we supply?
Definitely we do. Please kindly email us at wholesaledeals@live.com.sg

5. Can I make payment during collection of products?
We cannot complete your order until you have pay in full.  

6. Is there additional charges?
The prices stated excludes delivery charges (only applicable if you choose delivery). It also excludes a handling fee of $1/item.

7. Can I make changes to my orders?
You can make changes to your orders as long as it has not been finalised. Once the orders are placed, no cancellation or changes are allowed.

8. Are the products refundable?
No refunds will be made unless the products are OOS. During collection, you are able to check the products to ensure it is in good condition. In the case where the products get lost or damage during delivery, we hold no responsibility for it.


9. How do I place order?

It is highly recommended to provide an alternative choice to avoid disappointment as products may be OOS when the demand is high.

10. How can I make payment?
Payment is to be made to POSB Savings 187-13817-5. Once payment is done, please remember to email us stating the reference no.

11. What if I can't find the products I want on the website?
Please understand that we carry a wide range of products, hence we are unable to post all the items onto the webpage. In the event if you can't find what you want, please feel free to email us at wholesaledeals@live.com.sg and we will be glad to assist you.
